Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items unless damaged upon arrival. 

Warranty's

We do have a lifetime warranty on our chainmail and will fix any problems that may arise in the future regarding broken chainmail.
